Zodiaxis is an independent Vedic Astrology reading service operated in India. We prepare personalised astrology reports based on birth chart data submitted by customers. We are not a medical, psychological, financial, or legal service provider.
When you place an order, we collect: your full name, email address, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, your personal questions, and any additional context notes you provide. We also record the timestamp of your submission for order management purposes.
We do not collect or store payment card details. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
Your information is used solely to prepare your Vedic Astrology report. Your birth data constructs your astrological chart; your questions guide the analysis. Your completed report is delivered to the email address you provide. We do not send marketing communications without your explicit consent.
Your personal data is never sold, rented, or shared with any third party for commercial purposes. Your birth details and questions are accessed only by the astrologer preparing your report and are treated with strict confidentiality.
We use Google Forms and Google Sheets for order intake, subject to Google's Privacy Policy. All data is stored on secured, access-controlled cloud infrastructure.
Order records are retained for up to 12 months for customer service purposes. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. Write to us at zodiaxis.astro@gmail.com and we will respond within 7 working days.
This website uses only essential browser storage (localStorage) to remember your review submissions locally on your device. No tracking cookies or third-party analytics are used.
Delivery: Reports are personally prepared and delivered by 11:59 PM IST on the confirmed delivery date (shown at booking and in your confirmation email), via email and WhatsApp, as a permanent online link. We accept a limited number of readings each day to protect quality.
Payments: Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We accept UPI, cards, and net banking. We never store card details.
Refunds: Because each reading is hand-crafted specifically for your chart, refunds are not available once a report has been delivered. Before delivery, if you placed an order by mistake or wish to cancel, write to us and we will refund any verified payment in full. If anything about your delivered report falls short, contact us — we will always work with you to make it right.

By accessing or using the Zodiaxis website and purchasing a reading, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this service.
Eligibility: You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a reading. By submitting an order, you confirm this.
Intellectual Property: All content on this website — text, design, graphics, and reports — is the intellectual property of Zodiaxis. Your personal reading report is shared exclusively with you and must not be reproduced or published without permission.
Service Limitations: Zodiaxis reserves the right to decline or cancel an order if the information provided is incomplete, inaccurate, or if we are unable to fulfil the request for any reason. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Changes to Terms: Zodiaxis may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, a Grievance Officer has been designated to address customer concerns:

Zodiaxis is operated as an independent service in India. We comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000; the Consumer Protection Act, 2019; and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
